PRACTICE GROUP

Headed by principal Gary H. Friedenberg, this Group services our clients by tailoring estate plans, utilizing wills, living trusts, insurance trusts and a variety of sophisticated planning vehicles to minimize taxes (income, gift and estate).

The group also handles estate administration from probate through final accounting, including the filing of the Federal Estate Tax Return (706) and the state tax proceeding.

Principals, Gilbert Henoch, Peter P. Peterson, Jack Steingart and Associates, Thomas Haberlack, Lawrence Scherer and Dennis Kucica along with four paralegals participate in the work of this very active Practice Group.
