Peddy and Gilbert Henoch, this Group represents firm clients such as the active and successful Beechwood Organization and numerous real estate joint ventures in the development of quality residential communities on Long Island, New York City, and Queens, Bronx and Westchester Counties. We represent national retailers such as McDonaldÕs Corporation before local zoning and planning boards. We have also been active in affordable and low-income housing development, which involves interaction with a large variety of governmental and private assistance sources.
