Partner, Marshall, Bratter, Greene, Allison & Tucker, 1979 - 1982; Special Counsel, Rosenman & Colin, 1982 - 1990; Visiting Professor, St. John's University School of Law, 1988 - 1992; First Vice President, Chief Counsel, The Title Guarantee Company, 1969 - 1979; Vice President and Regional Counsel, Pioneer National Title Insurance Company, 1972 - 1979.

Mr. Pedowitz is one of the nation's preeminent authorities in real estate law. He is the editor of "Real Estate Titles" and author of countless articles in the field. He is a most sought after lecturer nationally and internationally on the law of real estate titles.
