Hillary is an Associate with Berkman Henoch and focuses her practice on the representation of lenders and financial institutions in connection with litigation matters primarily involving mortgages and title issues. Additionally, she has experience in Surrogates Court proceedings, particularly involving the appointment of limited administrators.

Hillary earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, with a major in History and minors in Legal Studies and Near Eastern and Judaic Studies.  She graduated in 2012 from Hofstra University School of Law, where she served as the Articles and Communications Editor of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) Journal. While at Hofstra, Hillary also served as a charter member of the Professional Leadership and Development Council.

Hillary is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of United States District Court.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
