Megan is the Managing Attorney of Berkman Henoch’s Foreclosure Department and focuses her practice on the representation of lenders and financial institutions in connection with litigation matters primarily involving mortgages and title issues.  She has experience at both the trial court and appellate level and has drafted and negotiated settlement agreements.

Megan earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Manhattan College in 2010, with a concentration in marketing and global business studies.  She graduated in 2013 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.  Since graduation, she has continued to be involved with the Fordham Law School Feerick Center for Social Justice.  She was selected to be a co-chair of the 2015 Awards & Benefit Reception and was a member of the Principal Organizing Committee for the 2015, 2016  and 2018 Friendraiser.

Megan is admitted to practice law in New York State.  She is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
