George Graydon v. Town of Hempstead et al.

Mr. Graydon, an employee of the Town of Hempstead’s Department of General Services, filed a complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights alleging discrimination and retaliation in violation of New York Executive Law, Article 15, by the Town and the local CSEA President.  BHPP filed an answer and objections in point of law with extensive and persuasive arguments.  The Division’s investigation found no evidence of discrimination and issued a No Probable Cause determination.
