Ms. Martyn is Of Counsel to the Firm of Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy P.C.
She specializes in handling Personal Injury litigation of all types. Upon graduating law school, she went to work for a major national casualty insurance company. During her more than 40-year tenure there she was the senior trial attorney handling major corporate clients and highest exposure damage case in addition to handling all aspects of management of the firm.
Ms. Martyn has significant experience in general personal injury litigation including automobile, UM, SUM, and premises liability. Additionally, she has extensively litigated cases involving New York State Labor Law, Products Liability and Municipal Liability.
