This dynamic practice group represents leading banks and financial institutions with respect to closing a wide variety of commercial real estate lending transactions. These include permanent real estate lending secured by mortgages on commercial buildings, industrial buildings, non-owner occupied one (1) to four (4) family investment properties, and business-owned real estate.

Our attorneys have extensive experience in the review of all documentation relevant to such lending, including entity organizational documents, title reports, SNDA’s, tenant and landlord estoppel certificates, easements, covenants and restrictions, surveys, leases, municipal violations including Building Department violations, Department of Housing, Preservation and Development violations, and Fire Department violations.
