Our Residential Lending Practice Group is dedicated to representing lenders throughout the New York Area. From inception to closing, our department will give you the attention and guidance your company needs to successfully complete your transaction. We handle all mortgage loans, including conventional first and home equity loans, cooperative apartment, condominium, and consolidation extension, and modification agreements. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure that your loans close quickly and efficiently, working with the title companies and your clients to ensure that there are no problems during or after the closing.
Our Department has a comprehensive understanding of the newly enacted Consumer Finance Protection Board regulations, and can interpret and put into effect those regulations to ensure that your company is in compliance.
