Our cornerstone Real Estate Practice area works on behalf of developers, not-for-profits, owners of industrial, retail and mixed use developments, owners of multi-family housing, as well as banks and other finance institutions, handling all aspects of real estate finance.   We regularly bring our breadth of knowledge, practical insight, and legal acumen to skillfully negotiating finance terms and successfully bringing projects to closing.   

Our attorneys have expertise in working with government grants, set asides, low income tax credits, HCR, and other forms of governmental assistance.   Therefore, regardless of clients goals, we are able to advise, consult, and assist in packaging the financing package, working with all of the attendant variables.  In addition, our real estate attorneys represent clients and structure joint venture agreements.  We negotiate like-kind 1031 exchanges and understand the complex issues which may confront the path to closing, successfully navigating each one.
