Mr. Peddy concentrates in the areas of real estate, banking, commercial lending, and mortgage foreclosure. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate topics.

Lectures: to the Queens County Bar Association on mortgages and mortgage foreclosures in New York State (1983), to the Thrift Association Loan Servicing Society of New York on Bankruptcy, Chapter 7 and 13, The Effect on the Secured Creditor (1984); to newly admitted members of the New York Bar at a Seminar sponsored by a major title company on Co-op and Condominium Transactions and the Role of the Lending Institution (1985); to Nassau County Bar Association on Fire Insurance Proceeds, Rights of Mortgagor and Mortgagee (l986), to The Long Island Mortgage Officer’s Society on issues dealing with Lender Liability (1989); and as member of the faculty of the National Business Institute, Inc. on Mortgage Foreclosure in New York (1991)
