Mr Friedman is a partner in the law firm Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy and Fenchel located in Garden City, New York, which he joined in 1996. After graduating from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1970 with a B.A. in economics, he went on to receive his MBA from the Simon Business School of the University of Rochester. Mr. Friedman earned his J.D. from Albany Law School Union University and from 1976 to 1981 served as counsel to the deputy minority leader of the New York State Senate. Mr. Friedman is currently in private practice and represents clients the areas of corporate, real estate, health care, and trusts and estates law. A lifelong New York City resident, Mr.Friedman resides in Queens with his wife Judith, an educator.
