Mr. Sullivan has been a partner at Berkman Henoch since joining the firm in 1996, heading the firm’s Litigation Practice Group with Joseph E. Macy. Mr. Sullivan has acquired years of experience in both trial and appellate practice, both in state and federal courts. He has concentrated in the areas of commercial and municipal law, constitutional rights, civil rights, and, often, complex title, land use, and zoning litigation, both for private clients, businesses, as well as the Counties of Nassau and Suffolk, and municipalities across Long Island.
